Privacy Policy

This app is used only by Diana Chorna to manage her own job search. It connects to her own Gmail account to send application emails she writes and to check whether recipients have replied.

Data accessed: only the messages in her own mailbox that relate to the emails she sends. No data from other users is collected.

Data use: email content and metadata are used only to send her messages and detect replies. Nothing is sold, shared with third parties or used for advertising.

Storage: a minimal log (company, date sent, reply status) is kept privately for her own tracking. She can delete it at any time.

Google API data use complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
